forticlient not able to install on windows 7 machine

i tried to install forticlient on one of my users laptop running windows 7 prof SP1.

after downloading all the latest patches of the forticlient, it installed and then towards to end says 3rd party signature file not support and services not able to start.

need to cancel the whole installation to roll back the install.

what could be the reason ??
