FortiClient network drives don't map

Hello everyone,

I support a organization with some VPN users. After connecting to the VPN with FortiClient, these user should automatically get two network drives. The problem is that some of the users don't get the drives. I uploaded the config for the mapping of the drives.

What I have tried:

I recreated the SSL-User, reinstalled FortiClient (6.0.7), tested it on other computers. I checked te rights on the AD but he has the same rights like the most users.

I think that it could be a AD Profile problem but I wanted to ask before I do something else.

Was someone also confronted with this problem?
