Forticlient Log file

Hey Guys, I have a forticlient user complaining of frequent disconnection. I check my analyser for logs and could not find anythin unusual. The ISP they are using has been working fine. The forticlient stores a log file in the install folder on the client computer. Is there any tool to open this DAT file and read through it? This log file may give additional information regarding the link loss.
