FortiClient just does not find the client user certificate

Hi. I was using FortiClient normally to connect to work in a windows 10 pc. Then I installed another vpn client (CISCO) for my partner to work, and now FortiClient cannot find the client user certificate (a *.pfx file) so I can not connect via vpn. I tried to stored it in the Local User Account and in the Local Machine and desinstall the other vpn client but didnt work. Can anyone help me? It is driving me nuts.
