Forticlient JS error on launch

Hello,

We have one user, who is getting this error when he launches forticlient. We have un-installed and re-installed and tried multiple versions. I went through fortinet support, they did some troubleshooting but were ultimately unable to help because we are using the free version. They did run a FC diag so I do have that output if it would help.
