Forticlient IPSec with Win 10 not connect

Hi

I'm using windows 10 and forticlient 5.6, when I try to connect vía VPN IPSec the forticlient don't works and shows the next message:

"VPN Connection Failed. Please check your configuration, network conenction and pre-shared key, then retry your connection"

When I use the same profile .conf in windows 7 the VPN establish and works fine.

Does anybody know What I need to do to fix this?
