FortiClient ipsec problem every hour

Hi,

we have a problem with forticlient, the traffic to a site stops every hour for 2 minutes. They are all IPSEC and the connection does not drop. This does not occur on locale site network but only for remote connection.

 

I saw that I can't change the values of the standard vpn configuration from the fortigate. Some idea?

Probably a timer issue, that is, phase1 or phase2 time spans differ between gateway and client. Of course you can configure these parameters in FC, but centrally not from the FGT anymore. That's what the EMS is for.
