FortiClient installed but need to add Anti-Virus option

Hi Everyone.

We recently moved over from Sophos to Fortigate and started by manually installing FortiClient on the workstations.  We are about halfway and did not realize that you need to select the advanced option in the installer to enable the Anti-Virus option.

I now realized that this is a huge problem as I am unable to just re-run the installer, but need to uninstall and re-install using the correct selection.  

We are using FortiClient 6.0 and do not have EMS.

If anyone has any advice on a workaround for this it would be greatly appreciated.
