Forticlient Installation error on Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 (ARM64 processor)

Good day

 

I am trying to install Forticlient on Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 (ARM64 processor) and I am getting FortiClient VPN Setup Wizard ended prematurely error message. I have used ARM64 installer. May someone please advise how to resolve it

Hi Atul,

 

I have already tried that. It gives the same error.   The processor that is running on the laptop is Qualcomm Snapdragon X1P64100 / X Plus 64100 (ARM-based). Please confirm if the Forticlient supports that CPU.

    Hi,

     

    ARM64 is supported with FCT 7.4.3 version. Pls see the below community discussion that covers the same issue reported by you. What error message you are getting btw?

    FYI- The previous article with the ID 248361 has resolved several reported issues for snapdragon arm64.
