Forticlient installation ended prematurely and roll-back.

I was installing the forticlient on one of the PC (Windows 7) and encountered issues that the installation ended prematurely and it roll-back the installation. There were no other errors indication. 

We tried using different user login, also encountered the same issues. any help?
