FortiClient failed to login

I m facing issue in forticlient, once it disconnected again it is connecting properly for that we r doing by turnoff the forticleint service then turn on and connecting i.e its not get stopped the service properly.

Is anybody can help me to fix this issue?

My fortilcleint version is - Forticlient 5.2.3.0633

OS- windows 7
