Forticlient error when connecting to VPM: SSLVPN Error: code=-30009000(v1.0.1037)

Hello,

I have installed FortiClient from Microsoft Store (v1.0.1037) and when I try to connect to a VPN I get the following error message:

SSLVPN Error: code=-30009000(v1.0.1037). Invalid SXL config. FortiOS software version may not be supported.

 

I haven't found any information on how to proceed. Any idea please?

    Hi aurelio

     

    We have a similar problem with version 1.0.1037. Error message is: "SSLVPN Error code=-30009010(v1.0.1037). Invalid tunnel IP address. FortiOS software version may not be supported."

    Our FortiOS is on version 5.2.3. Which versions are supported?

     

    Could also not find any information, please help.
