Forticlient EMS server maintenance

Hello All,

We are doing network maintenance and our EMS server will be offline. Will this affect the ability of clients to connect to our other FortiGates at other sites? We have 3 different firewalls and one will be down during this maintenance. Is EMS required to be online for clients to connect to VPN?

EMS is only required to maintain telemetry data, do ZTNA and push configuration to clients, etc.

If a client already has VPN configuration it will be able to connect to the VPN gateways just fine.
