FortiClient EMS not seeing IP

Hey guys I am currently trying to have one of my client to have VPN set up using EMS and I am experiencing difficulties.

I can see the list of all the computers on EMS from the AD but it is not showing the IP of the machine so therefore I can't push the Forticlient and the VPN config on those computers (see uploaded image).

Could it be because the EMS in on a specific VLAN while the computers are on an other one? Both VLAN are able to communicate.
