FortiClient EMS Licensing

The 6.0 contracts are imcompatible with 6.2

Had to go through account manager to get contracts converted from 6.0 to 6.2 contracts.

Thereafter, you can convert licences on the portal for 6.4

NOTE: You can upgrade EMS 6.0 to 6.2 and licences are retained and EMS functions normally, however you will not be able to add additional licences until your contracts are converted.

The admin guide for 6.4 says:

 

"When upgrading FortiClient EMS from 6.0 to 6.4.0, EMS retains the 6.0 license after the upgrade. However, due to the major licensing changes introduced in 6.2.0, you must still convert the license to a 6.4 license by manually converting the license on the Customer Service & Support site by August 31, 2020, or by contacting the Fortinet Support team. After the converted license expires, you must order and apply 6.2 licenses."

Has anyone converted licenses from 6.0 to 6.2 recently as seem to suggest a cut off for the portal was August 2020?
