FortiClient EMS License-Downgrade From 6.2.x To 6.0.8

Hi Team,

 

One of our client is running FortiClient EMS 6.0.8. They have recently purchased additional 75 License and Fortinet supplied License with 6.2.x. Wherein due to covid-19, client is not able to upgrade their existing EMS to 6.2.x.

 

Hence, client need 6.0.8 license instead of 6.2.x. Can you please provide us an option of downgrade. Urgent and Critical.

    if this is "Urgent and Critical" you should call Fortinet support and / or your reseller.

     

    posting here will perhaps get you the answer but that will involve Fortinet licence of support for sure.
