FortiClient EMS integration with Windows Defender

Hi gentles,

 

Actually, I read an article that says there're use cases to run FortiClient in conjunction with Windows Defender.

If that possible technically, please share the material "How To" that describe the process, if any.

The same document mentions "To do this, administrators need to turn on
Windows Defender Periodic Scanning using Group Policy. This can also be achieved by
manually using the selector in the Windows Defender Security Center (see Figure 1).".

 

Are you facing any issues in deploying the suggested steps?
