FortiClient EMS deployment over VPN

Hi There,

I am new here and would just like to know whether FortiClient can be deployed over VPN from EMS.

Deployment works from EMS > LAN but I have to manually install FortiClient from the installer package repository in EMS on a machine that connects via VPN. This is the only way I have been able to get the VPN machines connected to EMS.

The end goal is to auto deploy FortiClient from EMS to both LAN and VPN users.

Please can you help clarify this as I cannot find the answer in the documentation.

Also, does EMS allow for remote access to endpoints?

I was not aware that it had this feature but a colleague of mine thinks that it should.
