Forticlient EMS cannot sync several endpoints at the same time

Hello,

I currently have a problem with Forticlient EMS, I have managed to create an installer and run it on several machines, I see that they are detected by EMS but only one can be synchronized and eaten by EMS. ex: I connect to machine 010, so EMS will synchronize etc this machine, but not the others. Then if I decided to connect with machine 011, EMS will desynchronize machine 010 to synchronize machine 011.

I cannot have more than one machine connected at a time.

 

 

Will anyone have the solution? Is the license ? id ?

Hi,

 

We've had the same issue here and solved it by enabling the option "Allow duplicate FortiClient registrations" inside the EMS, as it seems that if you build 1 installer all workstations will get the same UUID giving you the issues you currently have.

 

After I enabled it here I haven't seen a single desync of any workstations.
