Forticlient EMS backup endpoint profiles

Hello. Iam trying to Upgrade forticlient ems 1.0 to 1.0.1 but keeps getting problems to install it. Iam going to try to uninstall 1.0 but i need to take a backup of the endpoint profiles. Does anyone knows how to do that? Are they stored in some files or in the database?
