Forticlient EMS 6.4.7 set default Tab?

Default Tab is disabled for end users on the forticlient.  how/where can we set it in EMS or what XML setting to change the default tab to say the remote access / VPN tab?

you can do that by modifying XML directly when the FortiClient is connected to EMS Server.

add <default_tab>VPN</default_tab> to XML file under system / ui
