Does anybody know what I missing? I used a Public Certificate wildcard "Digit Cert".

Attahed you will find the image.

Thanks and regards.

Bumping this thread as I'm experiencing this issue as well. I've just finished provisioning our FortiClient Cloud instance and when I click "Invitations", I receive the same access denied banner as described above.

Old post, I know!!  Just seeing this myself in our deployment.  "Your permissions may have updated. Please refresh page." Check under 'EMS Settings' whether or not you have "Use FQDN" enabled. If so, especially if you are running HA, you must use the fqdn to access the EMS console vs the IP or Virtual Server/IP if transiting the fortigate to get to EMS.

I'm seeing the same issue in 7.0.3 with the default admin account and any other accounts set as Super Admin. Many settings cannot be changed due to the error that pops up stating "Your permissions might have been updated. Please refresh the page." So far I have been unable to find a solution and intend to open a support case.
