Forticlient 'E'MS AV exclusions

Hello,

 

I have a client who want to exclude certain file extentions from scanning by the Forticlient.

In the EMS I can only specifiy entire folders and specific files in the exclusion list. Is there any way we can use wildcards here?

    Hello Arne.

     

    Which version of EMS are you currently using? On version 1.02 you can exclude file extension from real-time and on-demand scanning, under configs on EndPoint Profiles - AntiVirus Protection tab (see attachment).

    That's pretty damn cool because the screenshot attached is a 1.0.2 clean install and doesn't have the options you have :)

    I upgraded to 1.0.3 and seems to be available now, no wildcards but at least we've got extentions now.
