forticlient does not remember password in MAC OS what should I do? It's OK in windows

To make it not work, my forticlient has an option to save the password even after you forgot the configuration.

the save password option is selected. After disconnecting, he doesn't remember the password :(

Hi,

I tested on FortiClient 7.0.0, 7.0.1, 7.0.2 and today on 7.0.3.
The monterey system 12.2.1

At the company, all apple computers have a problem with this

Hi, 

It is a known bug for FortiClient 7.0.2 that seems to be related to this issue:

738888 - Unity save password feature doesn't work if 'prompt for login' is enabled

 

The save password feature should work with 7.0.3. Please confirm this.

Exact the same problem here on multiple Macs.

FortiClient VPN 7.0.5.0166

MacOS: 12.3.1 and 12.4

Seems like this is matching an internal reported bugID 773519.

This is fixed in FCT 7.0.3 full version, still not being fixed in FCT free/VPN-only version.


It appears that there is no workaround yet and there is nothing can be done from your end at the moment.

This is confirmed fixed in FCT 7.0.7 free version via internal bugID - 773519

FCT 7.0.7 ETA will be in the week of Aug 18, 2022.

    Any update? I just installed the FortiClient VPN because of this problem but I see its  version 7.0.6.0208.
