FortiClient deployement over EMS - error 210

We have a problem to upgrade previous version of Forticlient 5.6.5 to 6.0.4 with FortiEMS 6.0.5 Build 0182

we have no problem with 172 computer to upgrade.

but with 41 upgrade doesn't work :(

on log we have error 210 (Wrong Credential to log onto the remote device)

all computer is same windows version, and same Active Directory, and same gpo and security.

can you help me ?

Although 5.6 to 6.0 is on the supported upgrade path it doesn't work for us when pushed via EMS.

Are you pushing the client from EMS? If so, you need to ensure the necessary services are available:

Task Scheduler

Windows Installer

Remote Registry

Also you need to ensure the following firewall rules are enabled:

File and Printer Sharing (SMB-In)

Remote Scheduled Tasks Management (RPC)

I have seen it fail with error 210 when one of this is missing on 6.2.
