FortiClient connection problem

Hi all, 

I'm using forticlient 5.4.1.0840. I can't connect to any vpn configured.

I know that vpn are configured well because I tried from another pc and connections work. 

When i start a connection usually fortiClient connects, but there is no trasfer of data. I can't connect to machines in vpn and neither ping them. 

When i use SSL-VPN i get an ip on the vpn, but i stil can't see the network.

When i use IPsec VPN I don't get an ip and neither i can see network.

Can anyone help me?
