Forticlient Connection Issues when on mobile hotspot, "VPN is down"

Running Client version 7.0.10.0538. I some users that work off a mobile hotspot. The client will say connected but then will not switch over to the virtual adapter. If you look at the network adapter is shows "Network" and not our domain. Where for the clients not having issues it will show our domain name. Then after a few seconds it will disable and say VPN is down.
