forticlient connected but no data passing

using Verizon MIFI 4G LTE USB modem U620L to connect to the internet. using Forticlient ver 5.2.3.0633

I use the VPN to connect to Citrix server using either citrix receiver or RDP. My forticlient VPN is connecting to a Fortigate 300C and I have no problem with the VPN connecting it is once connected no data passing. If I use my home wireless to connect I have no issues.
