FortiClient Cloud and 6.4 agent version

Hi,

we are a small company with a FortiGate 50. After the change for license for Forticlient we buy 25 seat of FortiClient Cloud.

All works fine until our MacOS have been updated to Big Sur. Forticlient 6.2 wants works fine with it.

I try to update to Forticlient agent v6.4 but in our EMS cloud console under "Manage Installers >FortiClient Installers" only v6.2 are available.

So I try to install v6.4.3 downloaded from forticlient.com, installation is ok but when I try to insert the Invitation code nothing happens. Forticlient Agent cannot register with EMS cloud but no error are shown.

My question is, FortiClient agent version 6.4 is compatible with FortiClient Cloud?
