Forticlient causing problems with accessing sites in an exception list?

Hi all,

I am having a problem with forticlient disabling some websites from functioning correctly, the way I have it setup is through an exception list or whitelist everything other than the sites in the list are blocked (no VPN installed).

The sites loads but I get errors like page unresponsive, or after filling in a webform and click next it just hangs.

I think it maybe a certificate issue but would like the opinion of someone who know what they are doing with this software lol.
