FortiClient can't save the new configuration

After adding a new connection and saving, I get the same page. It seems like FortiClient can't save the connection. How to resolve this problem?

    Hi ,

    can you try to start forticlient as admin ? Or login to workstation with user who is member of local admin group and then make and save the change.
