Forticlient block internet at startup

Hi, I am using Forticlient 6.0.1.0099 in my windows 10 (1709) system.

Using forticlient as an antivirus software But frequently forticlient block internet on startup it happen 2 to 3 times each week. so every time I have to shutdown the application and have to open it again.

I tried to uninstalled and reinstalled again 2 time but no luck   Please let me know how can I solve this issue
