Forticlient asking for token code and push notification

Hello,

i've deployed vpn access with fortitoken authentication, now while logging i'm prompted both to insert the forticlient two factor authetication code and to confirm the push notification i'm receiving on the smartphone.

If just accept the push notification i'm not able to login, is there a fix to receive only the push notification instead of the token code request as per screenshot?

Forticlient version is 7.4.0.1658 and fortigate is 7.4.7

Yes, Fortinet provides a solution to receive push notifications instead of token codes using FortiToken Mobile with FortiAuthenticator and FortiGate.

thanks for the post but it's not my case.

I'm receiving both push notification and token code, once i accept che push notification, the token code notification doesn't disappear.

Furthermore, usign Fortiauthenticator Cloud, in the Gui Access Tab i don't have the "Public IO/FQDN For FortiToken Mobile" field stated in the guide as per screenshot:
