Forticlient android software disconnect issue

I am using FortiClient software on my Android mobile device to maintain connectivity to my network from outside. Sometimes, the client software disconnects automatically. I want the client software to stay connected at all times unless I manually disconnect it.

Which versions of FortiClient and FortiOS are you using?
Do you mean it disconnects from SSL VPN, IPsec, ZTNA or telemetry?
Does the issue happen with your Windows clients as well?

Its disconnected from SSL VPN

Does the issue happen with your Windows clients as well?

Didn't checked in windows, Currently checked this in the android devices. when the devices screen locks, the VPN client will be disconnected.

I'm not android specialist but probably it has something to do with the applications you allow to run or to use mobile data on screen lock.

I'm pretty sure in android settings you can allow FortiClient VPN app to use mobile data when screen is locked.

I tried all these steps(Wifi & Mobile Data), but it disconnects automatically after some time when the screen is locked.
