Forticlient and smart card

Hi!

I use Foticlient to acces to my corporate network.

 

My private certificate is installed in a smart card USB (Yubikey NEO) in the PIV applet.

I have the problem when the VPN client make the conection that ask me many times the PIN, because the serveral conection stages of the client. The question is: there are any solution for that the client ask me the PIN only the first time only in each connection?

    What version of FortiClient are you using? IPSec or SSL?

     

    FortiClient 5.2.5 is the latest release. You can give it a try.

    Thanks for your response.

     

    I had an older version of FortiClient and I updated it to the 5.2.5 version. I use a VPN SSL connection.

     

    But the problem persists. When I use the smart card with my certificate, it asks me up to 7 times the PIN in the connection process.

     

    Any idea?
