Forticlient and fortitoken

Hi, we have a problem with forticlient and user with fortitoken.

When the user try to login to vpn, forticlient ask for username and password.

After that ask for the token but clear the password area and user must reinsert the password again

    What firmware version? I've seen it do something like that in late 5 or earl 6.x code but you didn't have to re-input the password (even though it showed blank you couldn't type in that box) so we just put in the token and it connected.

    The problem seem to be related to forticlient version since other client doesn't present the problem with the same vpn connection.

    Most of the client are 6.4.1.1519

    Same here with FortiClient 7.0.
