FortiClient always disconnect right after connect

Hi. i have error with FortiClient in windows 10 the FortiClient always disconnect right after connect,  you can see the video here (9) connect and then disconnect - YouTube

I have tried reset network, repair forticlient, reinstall forticlent, configure internet option but did not work.

and then i tried to create new user in my windows and try connect FortiClent is success, i also try in my FortiClient mobile is success too, but in my main user is still disconnect.

I would like to know if someone could help me with the solution to this error.
