FortiClient: After upgrade SSO doesn't work

Hello world,

I have manually updated some FortiClients from version 6.0.10 to version 7.0.2. After restarting the Windows client, it is no longer possible to browse internet.

The SSO configuration on the FortiClient is correct.

 

I have captured packets with Wireshark and have noticed that the client does not make requests to the FortiAuthenticator on port 8001. I only see regular pings. On the FortiAuthenticator I can't find my ip in SSO sessions.

 

If I uninstall the FortiClient and install it as new everything works fine.

 

Anyone have experience?

I noticed in the fixed bugs of version 7.0.3 the following:

I have installed version 7.0.3 but the problem persists.
