FortiClient 6 VPN only connecting via system tray

Hello All,

 

I'm expieriencing a weird problem using the FortiClient VPN. When I click the FortiClient open from the system tray and try to connect, it will say "Connecting" and nothing happens. There's also no percentage counter then and after a few seconds, the disconnect button appears. When I connect directly from the tray with right mouse button it will connect correctly.

 

It seems I'm the only one in our company experiencing this problem. The client is installed using a 'branded' install. The other thing i'm noticing is that all other users get a picture, and I'm not.

 

Doe anybody know how to I solve this?

    Hi,

     

    We have the same problem with version 6.0.2. Only when client click Connect in tray connection is establishing. If he trying from FortiClient interface then it stacks on "Connecting"

    How we can resolve this or troubleshoot?
