Forticlient 6.4 and 6.2 - blank white screen

Do you by any chance use SAML for access? If that is the case, please upgrade to 7.0.3, as there are number of SAML issues solved in this release. If that is not the case, can you please provide more data, as forticlient logs and the following output of the reproduction of the problem?

diagnose vpn ssl debug-filter src-addr4 <IP address> <---- insert the IP address of the user
