FortiClient 6.2 issue on Mac Mojave 10.14.3

I have an issue with FortiClient v 6.2 on Mac Mojave 10.14.3 FortiClient show message "Connection error! Can not connect to VPN Server."

What can be a problem?

I very hope you. I have broken my leg (and I'm staying at home) and should be in touch with the servers of my job remotely.

Otherwise I will be fire.
