FortiClient 6.2.2 Slow Network Performance

Hi

 

We have run a test with a FortiClient 6.2.2 on Windows 10 1903 Enterprise german. We noticed that the network throughput was no longer at about 100MB per second, but at about 15MB per second.

After some testing, we are back on the machine at 6.2.1 and behold the performance is back at 100MB.

Has anyone of you have similar experiences?

    We have noticed slow network performance on a few applications since upgrading to 6.2.2.  Were you able to figure out a solution?

    We have the same problem. After upgrading from 6.2.1 to 6.2.2 all the clients are suffering from slow network performance.

  • Outlook freezes when opening an attached file.
  • Outlook freezes when copy text from mail.
  • Network peformance is below 10 MB/s.
  • Some network programs are extremely Slow.[/ul]

    We have tried creating a policy with all modules disabled (including sandbox) and the perfomance is still slow. Going back to 6.2.1 or 6.0.9 "solves" the problem.

     

    Is Fortinet aware of this issue?
