Forticlient 6.04 SSL VPN auto connect - "On Net" subnets problem

I was hoping someone could help

We are using Forticlient 6.0.4 integrated with an EMS server and a fortigate firewall. I'm trying to get our users to automatically connect to our network via an SSL-VPN using certificates when "off net" i.e working from home 

I've deployed the profile via EMS and it works fine when using 1 "on net" subnet. The problem is I need to specify multiple "on net" subnets as we have a few different offices. 

As soon as I enter more than 1 on net subnet the auto connect stops working although you can still connect manually. If I remove the additional subnet it works again. It doesn't matter which order I put the subnets in either

Has anyone come across this problem before?
