Forticlient 6.0.x, 6.2.x, 6.4.x issue with Dell Latitude Laptop with Intel WiFi AC9560

Hi Guys, We have few Dell Latitude Laptops that using Intel AC9560 wireless chip that having problem working with any version of Forticlient IPSec VPN. The particular issue is only affecting our JAVA based application, the Java application need 10-15minutes to open. Access to RDP or HTTPS/HTTP is ok. If we are using wireless network with the AC9560 chipset, we will having delay/slow problem no matter which wireless network we connected. But when we using wired network with any version of Forticlient, the JAVA app open instantly as we expected. We have done a few testing and troubleshooting, all other laptops that are not using Intel wireless AC9560 are working flawlessly. Based on our finding, we conclude the issue is related to Intel Wireless AC9560 chip, all Dell Latitude that come with it having problem using our Java application when connect to wireless network and forticlient IPSec. We have tried all version of Forticlient 6.0.x, 6.2.x, 6.4.x all without any fixed, The intel driver was also the latest from Dell website and we have tried latest driver from Intel website as well.

Is anyone having the similar issue with Intel Wifi AC9560 chip?
