FortiClient 6.0.2 - Outlook unable to open

Hi everyone!

 

we are having strange issue with not being able to open Outlook while FortiClient is active.

 

As soon as I shutdown the FortiClient Oulook opens fine. Also, when trying to open Outlook while FortiClient is active, Outlook is trying to open in safe mode.

 

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.

I've also had it disable IE11, Excel, and Word.

After messing around with a few more machines with the issue, it seems that Exploit Protection is what is blocking the apps. When I disable Anti Exploit, they open fine. Next is to see if just excluding the individual apps takes care of it.
