FortiClient 5.4.5 Out

FortiClient 5.4.5 hash: eb0601c77f45036a53573313861254f4

As per below KB, FortiClient 5.4.5 should have been released to automate the addition of the QualityCompat registry key:

We tested the 5.4.5 upgrade (from a 5.4.1 FortiClient to 5.4.5 - non-EMS) but the said registry key was NOT added to the local machine registry.

We also tried the following:

Completely uninstalling 5.4.5 + reboot and installing 5.4.5. It did NOT add the expected registry key.

Anyone else having this behavior on Win10 non-EMS upgrade with FortiClient 5.4.5?
