Forticlient 5.4.1/2 blocking Hyper-V replication

I've been having some issues with Hyper-V replication and it seem Forticlinet (standalone) is blocking it.

Shutting down forticlient seems to get it running again right away.

Just posting here if anyone else runs in to that issue.
