Forticlient 5.2.4 window does not maximize

I am having an issue with a handful of clients that prevent me from fully maximizing the window.  The result is that some components are not viewable like the Fortigate registration status.

    So the Forticlient windows version get its display setting from the default internet browser?

    I am still not sure how to fix this.  Previous post said something about browser settings but I tried making a different browser my default but it didn't change how Forticlient opens.  Parts on the Forticlient console are still cut off in the window
