FortiClient 4.3.2 rolls back during installation

Hi Fortinet Team,

Can someone help me?

One of my vpn users is having installation issue.

Installation rolls back when its almost complete.

I already done doing the uninstallation using fcremove.exe, still when i reinstall it rollback again when its almost done installing.

Can you give me some advise on how to troubleshoot this?
