FortiClient 4.2 install fails on Windows 7 SP1
Did a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro with SP1.
I run FC 4.2 installer as administrator I'm prompted to respond if I want SSL VPN (I decline) The install progress bar appears for a fraction of a second and then... The dialogue box stating "The process terminated unexpectedly" appears
Windows Defender is disabled. Microsoft Security Essentials has not been installed. No other programs or applications have been installed.
It worked just fine on the same machine before I reinstalled Windows.
Is there any other service or application that needs to be disabled for this install to proceed?
